Update and Advisement: We recovered our money! Our bank went after their bank. When we were able to send the proper documentation in PDF form, No Images, our bank refunded, saying it was an Unauthorized Transaction -- I speculate that meant he stole someone else's credit card and then claimed nobody ordered the product. We had to do it all within 90 days or lose.
ReplyDeletePATTERN: Often, he requests the complete price list, so if you get such a price list request, be wary. We sell our price list for $25.
P.S. Shows the power of PayPal. Now, we demand PayPal on all initial orders over $100 or subsequents over $200. PayPal will protect us 100%. Actually, PayPal would refuse the order and let us know why. No other bank will do that to my knowledge, but if you know one, you might post here.

It appears there is a group of scammers with a few different addresses around the country all working together. They pay for products with stolen credit cards and then ship the stolen products they receive to Nigeria.

They had scammed numerous people and companies and law enforcement knew about up until then was unable to shut them down.

Same supplement scammer tried again with new name. We are a Lightning Labs manufacturer and wants to order thousands of bottles. all his documentation is fake. We called the TX Dept of business they had fake certificate. will not pay by wire transfer. Rushes the order. Charges to stolen credit cards, then the real owner denies fraudulent charge. If you shipped product you lose. They must have resell site or blow off to distributor. Uses many names. BEWARE! address and company names come up on fraud sites for scammers.
